*¹ The Basic Reference Sheet Package includes:

• Two full bodies
• One closeup shot of your choice (paws, maw, eyes, etc)
• A text box for basic information such as name and pronouns

Terms of Service

Preface: If you are not a current owner of my art and you repost without credit, edit, trace, copy, or sell ANY of part my art in any way shape, way or form without my written permission, you will immediately be blacklisted, and may be called out on social media or have legal action taken against you.

By commissioning me, you agree to these rules.⦁ You must be at least 18 years old to purchase my commissions.
⦁ Please have your payment ready at hand; you must pay in full within 48 hours of acceptance, otherwise your slot will be forfeit.
⦁ Please do not attempt to haggle down the price.
⦁ I will let you know the turnaround time once your payment has been completed. The usual time to completion is one month, or less. Please do not nag me about when I will finish your commission otherwise, and please be patient.Upon receiving a commission, the buyer may:
⦁ Publicly post with proper credit by linking to my page or mentioning me on my social media.
⦁ Use any part of the image as an icon or avatar for social media.Upon receiving a commission, the buyer may NOT:
⦁ Use the image to promote sales/advertise/generate income in ANY way, shape or form. My commissions are for non-commercial, personal use ONLY.
⦁ Use the image as a book cover/music cover/website cover/company logo.
⦁ Sell the artwork as an NFT or any other digital or physical product (this will result in an immediate ban from all my services).
⦁ Edit out my signature from the original image.
⦁ Trace, make bases out of, or copy the original artwork.
⦁ Claim the image as their own creation, regardless of how much of the image has been edited or how it's been used.

⦁ I, the artist will retain all legal and artistic rights to the image being commissioned. I can use the commissioned image in my portfolio and galleries as I see fit.
⦁ I will not begin working on the commission until full payment is received within 48 hours of me accepting your application and/or sending you a PayPal invoice. Please have your payment ready at hand.
⦁ Only payment via PayPal will be accepted.
⦁ Only Euros are accepted as payment. Any other currency, including cryptocurrency, will not be accepted.
⦁ Due to the speed at which I work, after the sketch is approved, I will go directly to the finished product. There will be no WIPs shown in between unless I have questions regarding the artwork or if the buyer requests one.
⦁ I will not make any free changes to the final product unless I missed a detail that was previously mentioned by the buyer (this will be proven via timestamps). Otherwise, if the buyer wants changes to the final product, said changes will incur an extra fee.
⦁ If buyer files a chargeback or dispute for any reason without contacting me first and waiting at least 7 days for a response, they will automatically be blocked from all of my future services.
⦁ After purchase is completed, it cannot be refunded unless I, the artist decides that I can no longer do the buyer's commission. This is because of the speed at which I work, and the possibility that I will have already used the money you purchased with and thus I cannot reliably refund your payment. If you, a buyer, are unsatisfied with the finished product for any reason, please reach out to me and we can discuss solutions.
⦁ These rules are subject to change.Anyone caught breaking the TOS will be contacted with a warning message. Depending on the case, the rule-breaker may also be blocked, barred from future artwork related services, have their commission cancelled and/or have their slots revoked.Breaking the T.O.S. repeatedly or conducting a single severe breaking of the rules will result in a possible callout for very serious cases and the rulebreaker(s) being blocked and blacklisted.
